Now more than ever SHOPPING LOCAL matters – not only economically, but it’s about showing your support at home. Recently I made a point to pick up a little something at every ‘mom and pop’ shop I stopped at… at the antique store it was two jars of honey, at the family owned drugstore it was a few greeting cards I needed. I assure you these small locally owned and operated businesses appreciated my small purchases more than the big chains would. We want to thank our advertisers for their participation in this edition, which makes this publication possible.
